Information for Speakers

Presentation Management

There are two options to hand in presentations:

1. Pre-upload – available until Sunday, 18 May 2025, 23:59 CEST

All speakers received the link to the pre-upload by mail. In case you have not received the message, please refer to denise.schuler@intercongress.de.

After the submission deadline on Sunday, 18 May 2025, 23:59 CEST, no pre-upload is possible anymore and the presentation has to be handed in on time in the Media-Check onsite.

2. Media-Check onsite

Our technical partner KRANZ LIVE is at your disposal onsite. The Media-Check is located on the Gallery in front of room K6-9. Please hand in your presentation at least one hour before the start of the respective session or the day before.

Please bring your presentation on a USB flash drive with you.

The use of own laptops for presentation is not possible.
